Important Lesson Learnt at Amal Fellowship

The most important lesson that I learnt at amal fellowship is “Leadership”.

Why this is so important?

Because a good Leader has a clear vision with ambition to succeed. He helps the other to reach their dreams. He has the qualities like Honesty and Integrity. He inspires others. Leadership is the action of leading people in an organization towards achieving goals. Leaders do this by influencing employee behaviors in several ways. A leader sets a clear vision for the organization, motivates employees, guides employees through the work process and builds morale.

Leaders develop their team members. They help the team members gain new skills to help the team increase its ability to reach the leader’s goal. One important skill the leader teaches the team is leadership. … One way you give someone an opportunity to learn and improve their leadership skill is by letting them lead.

How this will be helpful in a regular life?

I’ll try to improve my skills of Leadership. I’ll work on the points that make me better leader. Here I want to share a quote of Bill Taylor:

“The true mark of a leader is the willingness to stick with a bold course of action — an unconventional business strategy, a unique product-development roadmap, a controversial marketing campaign — even as the rest of the world wonders why you’re not marching in step with the status quo. In other words, real leaders are happy to zig while others zag. They understand that in an era of hyper-competition and non-stop disruption, the only way to stand out from the crowd is to stand for something special.”

I want to be that person who choose a way where there is no path and leave a trail. As Ralph Waldo Emerson said:

“Do not follow where the path may lead. Go instead where there is no path and leave a trail.”

I will implement all the qualities of a good leader. I’ve learnt some qualities that were unfamiliar to me. That helps me a lot to understand more about a good leader.
